Zehntner 1000 Series Glossmeters

The Zehntner 1000 series of glossmeters (Gloss Meters) are Proceq's largest and most flexible range, with units suitable for all testing geometries, computer connected measurements, measurement on site or in the workshop and for integration into production lines.

ZGM 1130

The Zehntner ZGM 1130 features a 2.4" touchscreen display, support measurement of gloss ranges from matt to high gloss up to 2'000 GU.

Features

Touchscreen Display for all Gloss Ranges

The display is switchable for either a left-handed or right-handed user. Our precision milled monoblock optic ensures stable and reliable gloss measurements. This glossmeter's powerful stray light compensation allows exact measurements of transparent objects. It also features automatic calculation of "reflection haze H" with our dual and triple angle versions. 

Direct Access to Measurement Data

The Zehntner ZGM 1130 offers direct access to measurement data in csv-format without requiring software thanks to USB device functionality. This model also features single, multiple and even continuous scan gloss measurements and features easy to use multi-language menu guidance.

The Zehntner ZGM 1120 opens the gateway to more efficient and productive quality control by the gloss measuring sensor transmitting the measuring data directly to the computer via USB-interface.

The Zehntner ZOL 1150 Online-Glossmeter is a tailored gloss-measuring system for industrial areas for contactless online measurement of all gloss ranges from matt to high gloss up to 2'000GU.

GlossTools Data Analysis Software

The included GlossTools software for Zehntner ZGM 1130 and 1120 glossmeters allows simple administration and analysis of multiple types of reflective surfaces. Measuring results are transmitted directly to the computer and can be processed immediately.

• Several geometries can be displayed simultaneously.
• On-going updated statistics of the gloss values (average, standard deviation, min, max).
• Definition and storage of thousands of limit values and reference values for gloss range measurements and indication of pass/fail information.
